Broad Ripple Music Fest Date Announcement

The Broad Ripple Music Fest is going to be Saturday October 17th 2009.

The kick off meeting will be May 6th, Wednesday at Small Box here in Broad Ripple at 6332 Guilford Ave #208 (above Qdoba) at 6pm. This is a meeting for anyone interested in volunteering, promoting or booking please attend this meeting if you can.

This year we are looking to repeat some of the successful things from last year and do a few things differently which will be discussed at the meeting.

FYI, we are canceling the Wednesday meeting since a small group of promoters will be meeting for lunch. The 6pm time wasn't working for some key people. We will have announcements after this meeting. Most likely I will be handing the project off to someone, to be announced, that is much more able.
